Went to get some jewelry changed out today and as always the atmosphere and employees are so fantastic. I can be pretty fussy sometimes but Penny is always there to listen and make sure my placement, jewelry, and gauge size are perfect for the look I'm going for. So 15 or so piercings later I keep coming back! I also have spent countless hours getting tattooed by Adam who again puts up with all of my shenanigans and makes sure every last detail is to my liking. He always take such good care of me and has sent multiple messages throughout the years to follow up on healing. They are all so amazing and I cant wait to go back for more Love you guys!

The team here is passionate, transparent, and extremely welcoming. During my piercing, I adored getting to see all of the ways they ensure safety, and receiving the piercing was as easy as could be. They were great conversationalist and the experience ended in a hug. What more could you ask for?

Highly recommend for piercings and tattoos. I've got my nose pierced here and brought my daughter as well. Prior to getting my nose pierced here I've had it pierced three other times unsuccessfully at other establishments, and this time it had healed effortlessly and I absolutely love it! I've had four tattoo sessions within the last year with Alex (with more in the world) she is a wonderful vibe and phenomenal at taking my wants turning into beautiful art that exceeds my expectations every single time! She has also tattooed my husband! It's really comfortable atmosphere with a great crew of people who are kind, professional, and really live up to their reputation! Reasonably priced as well!

I wanted to get two tattoos done during my visit, and even with the long-distance communication beforehand, everything went perfectly. Alex was super responsive, made sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and the quality of her work blew me away. I highly recommend this shop! Alex truly listens, brings your ideas to life, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. You won’t regret going here!
